Kommt er seiner Meldepflicht nicht nach, verliert er f\u00fcr die Dauer der S\u00e4umnis (der Nichtmeldung)\n              seinen Anspruch auf Entgeltfortzahlung.<\/p>\n            <p>Eine \u00e4rztliche <strong>Krankenstandsbest\u00e4tigung<\/strong> muss der Mitarbeiter hingegen nur vorlegen, wenn er vom Arbeitgeber f\u00fcr den jeweiligen Krankheitsfall <strong>ausdr\u00fccklich dazu aufgefordert<\/strong> wird. Eine S\u00e4umnis f\u00fchrt zum Verlust\n              des Anspruches auf Entgeltfortzahlung f\u00fcr die Dauer der S\u00e4umnis.<\/p>\n            <p>Eine <strong>generelle Nachweispflicht<\/strong> zur Vorlage einer Krankenstandsbest\u00e4tigung <strong>gibt es also nicht.<\/strong> Auch nicht, wenn der Dienstvertrag regelt, dass ab einer Krankenstandsdauer von einem oder drei Tagen eine
